In short. This service uses only technical cookies: the ones without which it would not work.
We do not use profiling cookies, we do not track browsing, we do not share data with advertising networks. That is why you do not see a consent banner: for strictly necessary cookies the law does not require one.
What they are
A cookie is a small file that a website saves in your browser to remember something between one page and the next — for example, that you have already signed in.
Without cookies you would have to enter your password on every page.
Which ones we use
For signing in
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| wordpress_logged_in_* | remembers that you are signed in | end of session, or 14 days with “remember me” |
| wordpress_sec_* | protects the session in restricted areas | as above |
| wp-settings-* | remembers display preferences | 1 year |
These are WordPress cookies, the platform the service is built on. Without them, signing in is not possible.
Of the service
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| odp_login_lang | remembers the language chosen on the sign-in page, before you enter | 30 days |
| fup_selected_company | remembers the client you were working on | end of session |
Not a cookie, but worth saying
The service also uses sessionStorage, a browser space that keeps some preferences — which tab you had open, a half-filled form — only for as long as the tab stays open.
It is not sent to our servers and is cleared when you close the tab.
What we do not use
- analytics or statistics cookies
- profiling or advertising cookies
- social network cookies
- third-party tracking in general
The service is paid for and contains no advertising: we have no reason to collect data on user behaviour.
The presentation website
The public site is a static page and sets no cookies.
It loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which involves a request to Google’s servers and therefore the transmission of your IP address. No cookies are set by that request.
How to disable them
You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings:
- Chrome — Settings › Privacy and security › Cookies
- Firefox — Settings › Privacy & Security
- Safari — Preferences › Privacy
- Edge — Settings › Cookies and site permissions
To be clear: if you block this service’s cookies you will not be able to sign in. It is not a restriction we impose — without a way to remember the session, the system cannot know who you are.
