You always know which client has not sent yet this month's documents.
Every client has their own portal. Monthly folders create themselves, AI recognises what's been uploaded, and you see at a glance who hasn't sent anything yet.
Documents arrive from everywhere except one single place.
By email, in chat, on paper
An invoice as an attachment, a badly taken photo on Viber, an envelope handed over in person. Rebuilding the month means searching in four places.
Asking twice for the same things
The client swears they sent everything. You find nothing. Neither is wrong, and neither can prove it.
The month closes on the 14th
The deadline does not move. You find out what is missing the day before, when calling twenty clients is no longer a plan.
Three steps, and then you stop thinking about it.
There is nothing for the client to install. They get an address and a password, and upload from there.
You create the client
Name, company number, email. The system prepares the folders — monthly if VAT registered, yearly if not — and sends the credentials.
The client uploads
They open the portal from phone or computer, choose the document type and drop the file. Eleven types, from invoices to contracts.
You see who hasn't uploaded yet
Each client has a counter for the month. Anyone who hasn't uploaded anything shows up right away. If you need a specific document, you request it in one step (Pro and Premium) and the client gets a notification.
Built around how a Bulgarian firm actually works.
It is not a generic package in translation. The document types, the deadlines and the payroll are the ones you use every day.
Pliko doesn't replace your accounting software. It works before it: it collects documents from your clients and puts them in order, so you can book them without hunting for them.
Folders that appear on their own
You choose the day of the month. Every VAT-registered client finds the new month's folder already there.
Automatic classification
The system reads the document and works out whether it is an invoice, a statement or a contract. It files it where it belongs, and you correct it only when it is wrong. It is included in the plan, with a number of pages per month: no key is needed.
Employees and payroll
Employee records, payslips, holidays, sick leave, travel. Payroll is an area of its own, with its own permissions.
Document requests
You ask a specific client for a specific document. They get a notice in their portal and by email.
Comments on files
A note on an invoice stays attached to that invoice. No more emails explaining which attachment you mean.
Five languages, one structure
Bulgarian, English, Italian, German, French. Everyone sees the folders in their own language, and they are the same folders.
Operators with permissions
You decide who sees which clients and who can do what. An outside collaborator sees only what you assigned them.
Delegation between firms
You hand a client to another firm and the documents mirror across both archives. Nobody loses access, nobody copies by hand.
Installable app
The client adds the portal to their phone screen and gets notifications. No store, no updates.
You already use a shared folder in Drive. Why would you need Pliko?
Because the folder stores the files but knows nothing about them. Pliko can run on your own Google Drive: the files stay in your account. The difference is what happens around them.
The folder doesn't count.
It doesn't tell you which client hasn't uploaded anything this month. To find out, you open forty folders. In Pliko the gaps show up on a single line.
The month doesn't create itself.
In Drive, someone has to create the new month's folder for every client. In Pliko it's there on the day you choose, for every VAT-registered client.
Permissions are set by hand.
Sharing folder by folder, client by client. One mistake and someone sees another client's invoices. In Pliko each client logs into their own portal and sees only their own documents.
The note is in an email, the file is in the folder.
In Pliko the comment stays with the document it refers to.
“IMG_4432.jpg” doesn't say what it is.
AI recognises whether it's an invoice, a bank statement or a contract and files it where it belongs.
Your files stay in your Drive. Pliko adds the order the folder lacks.
In your storage, not ours.
It is the question everyone asks, and the answer is that you choose. Either way the documents stay yours and you take them away whenever you like.

If you go over your plan's client count we block nothing: each extra client costs 1 € a month until you move up to the next plan, where it costs less.
Need a feature that is not there? We build it to order, on quotation.
Tell us what you need: we reply with an assessment and a quote. Custom development is paid and not included in the subscription.
What everyone asks, before trying.
Who can see my clients' documents?
You and the operators you give access to. If you choose Google Drive, the files stay in your account and we do not keep them. If you choose the European storage, your firm gets a separate space with credentials that work only for it — the isolation is enforced by the provider, not by our code.
Does Pliko know which document is missing?
It knows what each client has uploaded and who hasn't uploaded anything for the month. It can't know which invoice your client received but didn't upload: only the client knows that. That's what requests are for (Pro and Premium): you see you need a specific document, you request it, and the client gets a notice in their portal and by email.
And if one day I want to leave?
There is a button that prepares an archive with every document in its folder structure, plus everything that is not in the files — comments, document types, employees, delegations — as spreadsheets. Available at any time, not only on the way out.
Do my clients have to install anything?
No. They get an address and a password. From a phone they can add the portal to the home screen, but it is optional.
How long before I can start?
Setting up the firm takes a few minutes. After that each client takes under a minute, and their folders appear along with them.
What happens after the 30 days?
The card is needed to activate the trial, but we charge nothing for the first 30 days. Seven days before the end you will receive a reminder email. If you cancel before day 31, you pay nothing. If you continue, the subscription starts automatically. Your documents remain yours: you can export them at any time and, if you do not continue, for up to 30 days after the trial ends.
I'm a business, not an accounting firm. Is Pliko for me?
Not directly. Pliko is chosen and paid for by your accounting firm, and you get access to your own portal through them. If you'd like an easier way to send your documents than email and Viber, show this page to your accountant.
